** Mary A. Redmond is a speaker, author and consultant specializing in negotiations, communications and body language. She believes that "If You Don't Ask, You Don't Get." She shares successful negotiation tools, techniques and tips to apply immediately at work, home or in all social settings.
For 21 years, Mary negotiated contracts for some of the most successful financial institutions in the world including GE Capital, Ford Financial Services, Mellon Bank and Wells Fargo Bank.
For the past 15 years, she's focused on those who want to improve their ability to communicate with suppliers, vendors, colleagues, bosses and family members.
She uses years of sales success, negotiation expertise and body language knowledge plus keen listening and observation skills to engage audiences.

The Kansas City Business Journal and the Kauffman Foundation honored Mary with the Women Who Mean Business Award.
She is a 10-year member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and was President of the Kansas City NSA Chapter and honored as the 2013 Member of the Year. She is a charter member of the Bonner Springs Toastmaster Club and serves on the Board of Directors of "In the Name of GRACE". The mission of GRACE is to provide recovery housing and assist recovering alcoholics and addicts in their transition back into society by improving the quality and availability of housing in Missouri.
In October 2015, the Kansas Department of Commerce, Office of Minority and Women Business Development honored her with Kansas Women Business Advocate of the Year award.
